Remand Centre

This project comprised of a greenfield site development with 61N° buildings Remand Centre to house 500 people in remand, including cell blocks, laundry, administration areas, recreation and sporting facilities.

The design included fire hydrants, fire sprinkler and domestic water under ground ring mains supplied from tanks and pumps. Sewer drainage is connected to various pump wells, before discharge to the street system.
