The In-slab Sanitary Plumbing System
Our system utilises the concrete floor slab in which to install the entire horizontal drainage pipe work in apartment buildings from all bathroom, kitchen and laundry fixtures.
With a minimum slab thickness of 220mm being required, the following benefits can be achieved:
Eliminating false ceilings and bulkheads.
Elimination of fire collars to fixture pipe work.
Elimination of acoustic treatment to pipe.
Elimination of the need to enter other apartments for pipe work access.
Reduction of installation and construction time.
Cost savings up to 12% of the total hydraulic services installation costs.
Elimination of coordination with mechanical services.
