This system utilises the fire hose reel cupboards in which to install a hot and cold water manifold system. Also located in the fire hose reel cupboards are the individual apartment control valves and water metering. From here the hot and cold water pipework extends to the respective apartments via an in-slab flexible plastic conduit, in order to maintain the pipework retrievability if required.
