"The Heat Trace System"

The introduction of a hot water system, which eliminates the return lines and indeed the recirculation of the hot water itself. It essentially consists of an insulation material, which carries a heat sensor strip named “heat trace”, which heats the hot water piping where the hot water within has lowered its temperature below the thermostatic control set for the system. This innovative hot water system not only offers cost benefits in the initial installation stages, but also offers major cost benefits in maintenance through the severe reduction in heat loss and the elimination of the power requirement to continually re-circulate the hot water.
