An Engineered solution was required for the problem of having to jack hammer concrete floor slabs in order to relocate drainage pipe work due to the regular shopping centre floor plan changes due to altered tenancy layout. Our unique solution has caused a revolution in shopping centre design and some of the benefits of our system are:-
- Deletion of in-slab pipework.
- Deletion of need to enter other stores for tenancy pipework.
- Reduction in water consumption.
- Provides flexibility in shopping centre refurbishment.
