Fire Hose Reel Cupboard Hot & Cold Water Distribution System©
Our system uses the excess space of the fire hose reel space on each floor of each apartment / hotel room to distribute H&C water. The required HW storage & delivery temperatures are in accord with AS/NZS 3500 Part 4.
Our system maintains design temperatures & pressures for correct performance at all outlets. Comparison with conventional designs, our design achieves – Capital cost savings – Running cost savings – Balanced H&C water pressures – External access for meter reading & service – Deletion of vertical mains in apartments results in increased usable floor space and elimination of noise.
